Completed a comprehensive update of the lobby at the prestigious Fairmont Grand Del Mar. This project included updating finishes in the reception area, library, lounge, and bar, while the hotel remained operational.
Our team skillfully modified and touched up existing cabinetry, resurfaced wood flooring, and applied wood veneer and smoked mirrors to custom fireplaces. We collaborated closely with hotel operations to ensure minimal disruption to guests and staff, demonstrating our ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship in challenging, occupied environments.

At Best Western located at 3180 Carlsbad Boulevard, Carlsbad, California, we successfully completed a comprehensive deck renovation while the hotel remained fully operational.

Currently, we are undertaking a comprehensive expansion and renovation project at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar, focusing on enhancing the men's locker room, creating a new women's bar, and updating various areas for improved functionality and aesthetic appeal.

- Men's Locker Room: Expansion to accommodate 94 additional lockers, along with new finishes for walls and floors, and upgraded lighting.
- Women's Bar: Construction of a new bar with bi-folding doors on three sides for a versatile and open design, installation of a new storefront, replacement of grass with outdoor tile to create a better gathering space, and the addition of two new 14' x 20' umbrellas.
- New Sauna: Incorporation of a new sauna featuring a therapeutic salt wall to enhance the wellness experience.
- Hallway Updates: Comprehensive updates including new wall coverings, improved lighting, and resurfacing of wood floors throughout.
